Hummus

combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth:


1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
3 T tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 T olive oil
1 dash paprika
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chili pepper
1/2 of a red pepper; diced and roasted (I cooked it in a skillet until browning)


great as a dip for veggies, spread for whole grain crackers, tortillas, chips etc.
