Elise's Homemade Wheat Tortillas

1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt (heaping)
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients with fork. DO NOT OVER MIX or they get hard to roll out.

Separate into balls (makes 10-18 depending on thickness and diameter), roll out slightly bigger than you want them to be (they shrink up a bit when cooked).

Cook on stove (cast iron skillet works best) about med or med-low heat until slightly golden (and bubbling up) on each side.
