Evaporated Milk Substitute
(= 12 oz. can)
Ingredients:
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. dry milk
(for whole milk add 2 T vegetable oil + spritz
Pam
to the milk)
Mix vigorously right before use; use in cooking for baking as evaporated milk
