Foods for baby’s first year

4-6 months ~ mostly pureed foods
6-8 months ~ thicker mashed foods
8-10 months ~ small diced foods
10-12 months ~ small finger foods

Wow, I was just starting to wonder about this the other day and was thinking about pulling out my old baby books. I usually check up on blogs about once a week but I think I might start hitting this one every day....great stuff!!
